Antoni's Barbecue Sauce

OK so here it is, everyone who has tried the sauce likes it! So that is very cool and makes me happy.

This is a 2 part recipe. You don't have to make your own Ketchup if you don't want to.

Ketchup
2 quarts tomato puree
1 1/3 cups apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Combine ingredients in a crock-pot, mix well, and cook on high for 60 minutes

Barbecue Sauce
8 cups Ketchup (see recipe above)
2 cups apple cider vinegar
2 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
1/3 cup paprika
1/3 cup chili powder
1/3 cup garlic powder
2 1/2 tablespoons cayenne pepper (red pepper)
2 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

Combine in crock-pot and mix well. Set crock-pot to high and simmer for 1 hour to allow sauce to thicken up, do not boil. Should be enough to fill two Ball canning jars.

Well hope everyone likes it! If you have any feedback don't hesitate to post a comment.
